I feel this one is little rushed, and some parts are like unfinished...
About design, those little changes with widening and headlights really made it look better , and more aggressive, and, as u said, that bg really suited car , and color, and ye, rims, ... ,for me , too ugly, yea, they fit style, but quality of back is pretty bad, and .. i don't like them, but thats just taste prolly
